Shipping
The shipping total that appears in the checkout section is an estimate. Owing to the differing volumes of bulk herbs an exact shipping cost is difficult to predict. We have set up the shipping estimating software to overestimate the shipping. If actual shipping cost are higher by more than $3.00 from the estimate we will contact you to okay the cost.
If you have special shipping requests or delivery instructions please state them in the Special Instructions or Order Comments section during the checkout process.
Orders of Spring Wind Products for external use over $35.00 are eligible for free surface shipping within the continental United States. If an order containing both Spring Wind Products and bulk herbs is processed we will adjust the shipping to deduct the weight of the Spring Wind Products from the shipping cost to the customer by applying the following discounts:
$35.00 - $99.99 of Spring Wind Products = $7.00 shipping discount.
$100.00 and above of Spring Wind Products = $10.00 shipping discount.
The above discount will not show up in the shipping estimate in the shopping cart but will be applied by Spring Wind when the order is processed. Note that this discount is for online orders only.
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska should select UPS Ground shipping. We will most likely send these order via USPS Priority Mail and contact you with the shipping costs which are usually well below UPS costs to those destinations.
